Registration desks are open as below:

When you arrive at the venue, please stop by the registration desk. Please show your certificate of participation. We will hand you a name card, and please wear it around your necks during the congress.
<On-site Registration>
We do NOT accept on-site registration at the venue. Please register in beforehand.
2. PC Preview Desk
PC preview desks are open as below:

5. Free shuttle bus
Free shuttle buses run between Okinawa convention center and Laguna garden hotel every 10 minutes.
6. Simultaneous interpretation
Bi-directional Japanese-English simultaneous interpreting services will be provided for programs with the mark 🎧.
7. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available. Sometimes Wi-Fi is difficult to connect depending on the time of day or situation.
8. Satellite venue
You can attend following sessions also at the Satellite venue.

9. Dress Code
Casual dress code is recommended.
10. Notice
- Such information as progress report of the day and any emergency announcements will be posted on twitter.
- Recording and shooting are prohibited at venues.
- Please set the mobile phones to silent at venues and refrain from talking on the phones at lecture halls.
- Smoking is not allowed inside venues.
